Go Griddy is owned by LJWC, LLC (“Griddy,” “we,” or “us”). This policy covers the Go Griddy iOS app (“App”) and the website at gogriddy.app (“Website”).

The App does not require a Griddy account or password. If you choose to connect Google, Microsoft, Instagram, or Facebook, you sign in with that provider. Griddy does not receive or store your provider password.

The App uses information only for features you choose to enable:

• Calendar: With your permission, the App reads Apple Calendar events on your device. Optional Google and Microsoft connections access calendar information to display your schedule.
• Email: If you connect Google or Microsoft email, Smart Inbox displays your account label, mailbox counts, recent message details, and previews. It accesses a message’s full content or attachments when you open that message. It sends email, marks a message as read, or moves it to trash only when you take that action in the App. Griddy does not access your Apple Mail inbox or send email automatically.
• Weather and location: With your permission, the App uses your device’s location to request local weather information. Location coordinates and routine network information are sent to the weather provider for that request. You can choose a saved city instead.
• Instagram and Facebook: If you connect a supported Instagram Business or Creator account or a Facebook Page you manage, the App displays account or Page identity, counts, and recent content from that account or Page. It does not read your personal Facebook timeline or Instagram home feed.
• Your content and preferences: Your display name, selected profile photo, dashboard layout, preferences, watchlists, notes, and optional voice recordings are stored on your device. Griddy does not upload your profile photo or recordings to a Griddy account service.

Notes iCloud backup is off by default. If you enable it, note text, checklists, tags, linked calendar details, and attached recordings are stored in your private iCloud database through Apple CloudKit. Turning backup off stops further syncing but does not remove copies already in iCloud.

The App also requests public weather, market, news, and video content from outside providers. Playing a video or opening an external link connects you to that provider, which handles information under its own privacy policy. Griddy does not connect to brokerage accounts or place trades.

Connection tokens are stored on your device in the iOS Keychain. Dashboard data may be cached on your device. Griddy does not maintain a central database containing users’ inboxes, calendars, notes, or social content.

To connect Instagram or Facebook, a Griddy token-exchange service briefly processes authorization codes and tokens. It does not keep those codes, tokens, or connected account content after completing the exchange. Its hosting provider may process routine technical request information to operate and secure the service.

We do not sell personal information or use connected-service data for advertising, cross-app tracking, data brokering, credit decisions, or model training. The App does not include a third-party advertising or analytics SDK.

Information received from Google APIs is used only to provide or improve the App’s visible features, in accordance with the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements. We do not allow people to read that information except with your affirmative agreement for specific information, when necessary for security or legal compliance, or for permitted internal operations using aggregated data.

The Website uses cookies and website analytics to understand visits and improve the site. Its website provider may process information such as your IP address, browser information, pages viewed, and cookie data. You can manage cookies through your browser settings and any choices offered on the Website. Website analytics do not include the contents of your App notes, inbox, or connected accounts.

If you email us, we receive your email address and whatever you choose to include. We use that information to respond to your request and retain it as needed for support, business records, or legal obligations.

You can disconnect a connected service in the App’s settings, which removes its locally stored connection token and cached provider data. You can also revoke Griddy’s access in that provider’s account settings. Calendar, location, and microphone permissions can be changed in iOS Settings.

You can remove local App data by deleting the App. Deleting the App does not automatically revoke a provider’s authorization or erase iCloud copies. Deleted notes may leave records or associated files needed for synchronization. To manage cloud copies and device backups, use Apple’s iCloud controls.

For help with information Griddy holds, or with access or deletion requests, email support@gogriddy.app. We cannot delete information held in your Google, Microsoft, Meta, or Apple account on your behalf.

We use device storage protections, the iOS Keychain for connection tokens, and secure network connections. No method of storage or transmission can be guaranteed completely secure.

Go Griddy is not directed to children under 13. If you believe a child under 13 has sent us personal information, contact us so we can address it.

We may update this policy as the App or Website changes. We will post the revised policy with a new “Last updated” date and provide additional notice when appropriate.
